2. Design and screening of CAR structure
The second-generation CAR lentivirus expression vector was constructed using the sequence information of candidate single-domain antibodies, and the lentiviruses were stably transfected into Jurkat-NFAT-Luc reporter gene cell lines respectively, and the stable cell lines were screened. The change of luciferase activity can be detected after incubation with target cells.
