Overseas Subsidiary
KAEDI plans to establish an overseas subsidiary and it will be located in the United States. The company is mainly committed to providing genome editing products and services to American scientific research institutions and pharmaceutical companies, as well as developing next-generation cancer immunotherapy and gene therapy products.
Domestic Subsidiary
At present, KAEDI plans to establish a domestic subsidiary, located in the Biomedicine Valley, Jiangbei New District, Nanjing, which will be used for staff office, R&D and GMP laboratory construction. With the concept of "professionalism, enthusiasm and pragmatism", the Innovation Park provides innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises with comprehensive and whole-process intimate services. The park provides a comprehensive software and hardware service platform system, which can effectively reduce corporate R&D costs and accelerate the industrialization of Kaidi’s R&D achievements.
